Shoe Carnival

"Former employee here, been trying to get my tax forms for about 2 weeks now they won’t send me a copy won’t send it through mail, logged me out of ADP so I can’t even get into to get my taxes and when I ask to speak to a gm or manager they told me I had to call corporate. What kind of business doesn’t have employees tax forms that they can’t email or just print out so I can go up there and pick it up. It ridiculous the managers shouldn’t be managers if they don’t know how to access former employees files."

"I ordered a pair of Nike shoes with pick up at store. After 2 days I called to check on order. I was told it had been canceled, out of stock. I had already pd. for item. I was told I would receive a gift card in the mail. I never received any communication or gift card from the store. Unacceptable."

"Nice store with a decent selection. Didn't have the size my wife needed, but they can order it and send them to you. They have a lot of bogo deals, but be careful, it doesn't apply to all of the styles and you'll spend more than you planned."

"We were a bit disappointed that there were no clowns, acrobatics, lion-tamers, trapeze artist, or even your typical carnival elephants. It was more focused on selling shoes than it was on being a carnival. My family was all ready to see some animals performing and clowns getting out of a little car. We were looking forward to elephant rides and lions, tigers, and bears, but instead we bought shoes. I suggest renaming the place “Shoe Store” and not calling it a carnival. Yeah, my kids and wife like their shoes, but the employees don’t even resemble typical carnies. They just look like regular folks who are into selling shoes. I would give them 5 stars if they were a shoe store, but when you advertise yourself as a carnival and lack the above mentioned items, I just don’t feel very good about a 5 star review."
