"What a wonderful experience we had at this store location. Em was our sales associate and she has a great experience in explaining and understanding the needs of their customer. We were looking for kitchen backsplash installation and she went over with our kitchen style and helps us to find out the right design. Not only that she was so kind of answers any questions even she is not on working on the shift and also she provided us the best contractors list around the St. Louis area who does the installation. Each and every staff of the St. Peters location is so great and helpful always. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so... Again, thanks Tile shop for all your help."

"Jason the manager and team are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer free design services. I walked in looking for a trim piece for tile I got from HD because they don’t have many options. I was greeted by Jason and shown a few choices that could work in no time. While he was was helping multiple customers because it was busy but everyone was having a good time. The store has nice displays so you actually see different layouts. Now I might change my tile. Thanks Mr Face."

"I can’t say enough about the St Peters Tile Shop. Jason and Em couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. I changed the grout choices 4 times on them and they graciously returned them and I’d purchase the next. 4x. Never an issue for them and they worked with me to try to help me decide each time. The job came out beautifully!! The marble is gorgeous and the grout is perfect. Sure The Tile Shop is a bit more expensive but you truly get what you pay for!! "Wow, where do I start! I have so much to say about my experience at The Tile Shop. Jason went above and beyond overall, and I highly recommend this place! I called, in a pinch, for a very particular kind of backsplash. Not only did he take the time to check the store that same day and make sure they had what I was looking for before I drove up there, but he had everything setup neatly when I got there, along with other similar options. I felt like he treated me like royalty! It is evident customer satisfaction is their top priority. Important note - the tile I found here is high end and was CHEAPER than lowe's/home depot. I would absolutely recommend going here before the other stores I mentioned because they have a HUGE selection with prices that can't be beat! From the time I was in the store picking my tile to when we had the product in our hands was 3 business days, so FAST! And 90% of what we received was in perfect condition. The other 10% was quickly replaced with perfect tiles. I am in love with my kitchen, and so happy we connected with Jason at The Tile Shop!"
