We had Stan and Calvin as our installers and they were amazing as well!. Great communication about what would happen when, and terrific work quality! We are planning a kitchen redo next and can't wait to work with them all again!"

"We had a very poor experience with Signature. After signing for the cabinets, they estimated a 4 to 6 week delivery time. After waiting for our cabinets for 8 weeks and not hearing a word we called to get an estimated delivery date. We then had to play phone tag with Jill in the warehouse to find out that it would be an additional 4 weeks before delivery. This put our schedule behind and with a baby on the way, it was very discouraging. Once the cabinets arrived, it was clear that they rushed and did a horrible job on the finishing process. Out of the 21 doors, 10 of them needed to be replaced because of obvious negligence and lack of quality control. 8 of the doors already had paint cracking and chipping and the other 2 doors had large holes that weren't filled in. They did a good job of admitting their wrong doing and got new doors ordered. However this took another 5 weeks and I had to call multiple times to get ahold of Jill to find out where the doors were. When finally getting hold of her, the doors were ready for pick up which made it sound like they were waiting for us to call. We requested delivery since the original order was for delivery and we were given alot of attitude for the request. They also did not supply us with a corner for the peninsula and now have an exposed backing edge. I would have ordered some additional trim pieces and the corner from them but with the horrible customer service, I will do what I can with some home depot trim and some sherwin williams paint. Debbie, was our innital designer and she was wonderful. She did good design work and knew exactly what needed to happen to get the right fit and finish. She gave good advice and working with her at the beginning was delightful. After signing the contract, we had a terrible experience. If you are going to work with signature, call, call, call and make sure they are working on our cabinets and dont forget about you. They obviously forgot about us and didn't seem to care."
