"I have had perfectly fine haircuts here before people are nice but for some reason they don't really go on order of how people get checked in so not exactly sure how that works and it's a little irritating. You'll show up and see that you are the next person in line after checking in early on the app and then getting here but then You're not really next in line there must be some sort of other system they have."

"Took my 12 year old twins in for trims and they worked with two different stylists. Mikka was awesome: chatted with my daughter while working and gave me a run down of what she did. My oldest left there beaming. Kelly literally drummed her fingers when my daughter took an extra 30 seconds to remove her jacket and glasses. She continued to be short and impatient. I had to check with my daughter that she even cut her hair, the whole interaction was so short. Checking out was equally unpleasant: minimum words used, no form of 'goodbye' or 'have a nice day'. My daughter reported she was rough with her haircut. We might be back to this location but we will be waiting for another stylist."

"I walked in everyone greeted me and was happy. This was not my normal great clips but it will be now. My hair and sons hair was awesome. So happy!"

"Turned away because I was holding in my 13 lb emotional support pup while sitting in their waiting area waiting for a technician. I was advised that even though she was a service animal that she could not be in their facility. Very disappointing. On my way home I called another Great Clips near by, to check on their service animal policy and was advised “Yes, of course, we always allow service animals.” Interesting!"

"If I could rate them a zero I would. Didn’t honor coupon and received the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I complained to corporate about a haircut I received about a month ago. They said they would have the location reach out to me & I’ve been holding my breath this entire time. There were no other customers in the store, but the lady rushed me through in less than five minutes. My hair looked so bad I just said thanks and left. I had also received a coupon that they refused to honor but I paid full bc I am not very confrontational and had to get back to work."
