"Attempted to get my haircut at this location today. Checked in online, and then in the store when I arrived, and was told I was next. More customers arrived, and by the time the next stylist was available, I was somehow removed from the list completely. When I asked the stylist to consult the person who had said I was next, the stylist refused and said I had to go to the back of the now much longer line. Poor check-in system, and poor customer service by this location."

"Went to Ridgeview Sportsclips. I got a notification that the stylist would be ready in 15 mins. I got there right at 15 mins past the time I got the text. Then, I processed to wait another 30 mins before getting into the chair. Meanwhile, one of the ladies just looked angry and walked past me multiple times without as much as a hey or we will be with you in a bit. She clearly was just trying to get out of there. Sandra, however, who ended up cutting my hair, was very nice and professional. As soon as she saw me waiting said sorry for the wait. Definitely had better experiences with sports clips. Hoping they get better next time."
