"My first experience here today was exceptional. Online booking was straightforward and I appreciate the txt message reminders. LYNN gave me a very relaxing pedi and performed my full set flawlessly. "I have had Lynn at Bella Nails to take care of my nails for a number of years and have enjoyed my experience and found everything to be very satisfactory. However yesterday I had Lynn to cut my toe nails and for personal reasons I wanted to pay for that with my debit card and purchase a gift card with cash.I had prepared to have the exact amount of cash for the gift card. Later I was looking at my bank statement and noticed that I had paid for both with the debit card, in addition to paying the cash. So went back today to have it "fixed" the owner-manager told me that I had not given her any cash. I explained that I knew that I had. She volunteered to ask Lynn if I had given her cash. I told her I had not given it to Lyn n I had given it to her. So she having many customers of her own in addition to multi-tasking with other things was able to promise me that I had not given her any cash. While I with only that one experience was lying about the cash. I thought that certainly their till would be out of balance at the end of the day but I was told they don't count the till??? It was devastating to see that my years of business and my word are worth less than twenty five dollars."

"This was my second time here (I went a long time ago with my grandma to get a pedicure and had a good experience) but I decided to go back today to get a pedicure and manicure for my upcoming trip. I just need to say that it was the best pedicure and manicure I’ve had in a very long time. Hannah (I believe that was her name) was very gentle and took her time with the massaging and care part of the pedicure. In the past, I’ve been to other salons that did my pedicure and it kind of hurt when they were cutting my nails or cleaning up the cuticles. This was definitely not the case here. Additionally, I showed her a design I wanted for my fingernails and she did a FANTASTIC job at recreating it. Also, when I first came in, even as a walk-in I was immediately seated for my pedicure and I felt so relaxed. The facility is very clean and a nice atmosphere. The gel option was a little more expensive but in my opinion the quality and experience was worth the amount. I will definitely be back here."
