Sport Clips Haircuts of Olathe - Southgate

"I wanted to return to sports clips after following a former sports clips employee for about 2 years. she got too big and it was getting harder to get an appointment. My experience with this location is limited because I made an appointment with a stylist . Admittedly their APP was gabing problems . I called to verify my wait time. they confirmed that I was up in 38 minutes. I arrived and my stylist said she was going on break and if would be 45 minutes and there was someome ahead of me. I replied that I was told 38 minutes. she did well by telling me that if I wanted to go home she would text me when she was ready. it's now been over 45 minutes from the time she was supposed to text me. That is very disappointing and very poor customer service. All other sport's clips locations are showing very long wait times now. This experience totally messed up my entire Saturday. Not happy."

The service is amazing, the feeling while getting your haircut is relaxing and fun while you watch sports and talk to the really nice stylists. I got my haircut with Meghan and she is the best stylist I’ve ever had at this location. She’s super sweet and informative when it comes to the product she used with my hair. I highly recommend going to this Sportsclips location! 5/5 any day and am definitely coming back!"

She deserves more than 5 stars. My son has afro texture hair and she gave him a very beautiful haircut. Will be a regular"
