"So upset. Hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst experience. Went here with a friend on a Friday ( a very normal day to expect a nail place to be busy ) . We had appointments. They rushed the entire process, they changed my friends color without asking her if it was okay. They filed my nails with the electric blade and did not check to see if the sizes or shapes matched. One person rushed through both of our nails. A lady came in during our appointment and asked if someone could fix one of her nails and their response was “no were busy”. When they lady asked if I liked my nails, she quickly responded with “YES YOU LIKE THEM”. For a return customer who made an appointment ahead of time, we were very disappointed and wished that they just asked us to come in another day if they couldn’t handle the amount of walk-ins they accept d that day. Very upset."

"I'm always fair with my reviews, and in most cases they are positive. However, I got my nails painted at this location. The person who did my nails had to clean off and repaint one finger 3 times. She was hurrying through my nails, and when I left the salon they looked horrible. I was upset, to say the least. They immediately started to peel off. Ive never had such a horrible experience. This was day 6."
