"I went in to buy a mascara and the blonde check out girl was extremely rude to me. They all were so judgemental to everyone I saw walk in and gave them dirty looks. I understand it’s stressful holidays time but this store severely needs better employees. Who don’t judge when you don’t know makeup well. I’m unimpressed with this store and it’s horrible customer service."

"This store is very overwhelming, and i was not sure what brand of makeup i was looking for. There was a women who was an employee standing at the front of the store, at the entrance. I walked in she didn't say anything, like hello or can i help you find anything, nothing. I have done a lot of shopping today, and the other stores in this plaza were very nice said hello do you need help, or finding everything ok. This is my first time in this Ulta beauty store, not impressed. Why would i come back here if they are not interested in helping me? Maybe i would have spent alot of money here, they will never know that. Didn't feel welcome at all. I don't know what their problem is here. Terrible customer service."

"I was getting my hair done and was extremely appalled at another hairdresser’s attire and language. Her dress was so short, I could almost see her butt cheeks. Then she was talking so loud and on multiple occasions she used vulgar language. My hairdresser is amazing, but I will be making sure that the next time I get my hair done, the blonde hairdresser with inappropriate clothing and vulgar language is not working at the same time."

"The staff were very helpful in helping me get something for my wife. I know nothing about makeup other than the fact my wife loves it, they were very patient with my nervous questions. Ten out of ten recommend this store just on staff alone."
