"I found this place about a year ago and go when I save up some extra cash. I really like the atmosphere and the people are very friendly. It has a robust list of services offered and I think the prices are pretty fair too. Deirdre is the best massage therapist I think I've ever had. She identifies and works those problem spots with ease. And you don't leave their feeling like you're completely bruised either. Highly recommend!"

"I have made several trips to above and beyond and have never been disappointed. I've been seen by somebody different every time and everyone has been phenomenal. Today I had the good fortune to be seen by the owner, Sarah. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable. And I had the most wonderful experience today. That was the most fantastic massage! On top of that I also got to do the salt respiratory therapy and I already can breathe better.
