"No greeting... not a single word of acknowledgement, even after both stylist made eye contact w/ me. Did some shopping, came back approximately 30 minutes later. One of the stylist had finished w/ a customer. When I asked about getting a child's haircut. The stylist was rude and stated both stylist were booked for the rest of the day. She never attempted or offered an appointment for the future. I took note that no one was inside the salon, waiting at the time. We waited outside the salon area, talking about our options for getting my son's hair cut for approximately 15 to 20 minutes... you guessed it... not a single person walked into the salon. Honestly, I'm glad this happened. I have never spent money w/ your company and today experience guarantees I never will."

"Paid too much for my daughter to have a blue color put into an ombre turned out more of a teal green and was a horrible job as it wasn't an ombre and it was streaked horribly only to be more upset after 1 wash it was gone!!"
