Great Clips

"Normally, I have a pretty decent experience here. I do the online check in and never have to wait too long. Today, I bet we waited close to 30 minutes after we checked in. To boot, two stylists left during this time. The stylist we got for my son, I didn't recognize. I told her what I was thinking and that what he wanted wasn't what he was getting. She mentioned several times he should be able to get the cut he wants because it's his hair. He's 8. I didn't appreciate the blatant disrespect from the time we walked in until the time we left. We will not be back."

"Told Nikkie exactly how I wanted my daughters haircut…three times. Each time she countered my wishes with excuses and plead her case to give my daughter a traditional box cut haircut. When I gave in and told her just to do what she was comfortable with, as she had continued to counter my wishes, she then started saying she was explaining her side and that the cut I asked for is just “not a typical kids haircut.” We left with a typical box cut with long layers when my daughter could have had a beautiful v-shaped cut with her long beautiful hair. We will now have to go to another salon and pay for another cut to get what we asked for."
