"This used to be a great store where even smaller companies could get descent prices. The last time and I mean last time ever I bought wire from them I was charged $6.57 a ft for 4/0 SER, competing supply houses were $2.50 to $2.90, even Lowes was cheaper by almost half at $3.45 a foot. I call up and was told it has been that price for a year... bull! I even looked up another invoice from them from 3 months ago and it was under $3 for the same wire. I guess after 5 years I am no longer a valued customer and I will not be back again."
"Horrible experience. Don't go on Saturday's near closing or expect to get chewed out, then shooed out. I showed up with picture and model number of the part I needed with 5 minutes to spare. Before I could say anything i was told they HAD to lock the doors by noon or they would lose their bonus checks. They glanced at the pic and model number and said they didn't have it. And I would have to wait until Monday to get my furnace fixed as no one else in town who would have the part was open. I think it it is obsurd that employees bonus checks depend on the the exact time the doors are locked. This policy causes horrible customer experiences resulting in lost business. The only thing they seemed to have gotten right is the name because their supplies are locked up and no customer emergency is going to get them to keep their doors open a few minutes longer."
