"My washer’s drain pump decided to go bad, and as I was looking for a replacement online. I had a coworker tell me to reach out to Stone Parts as they would likely have it available in store, which would save me a ton of time getting it back up and running. I gave them a call and told them the part # I needed. They not only had the part in stock, but we’re willing to hold it for me all day until I got off of work (pretty close to their closing time). They had it ready for me and the part was reasonably priced. Awesome customer service and super friendly people. It’s the small things that can really make your day when you’re not happy about another appliance going bad. Washing machine is running like new! I’ll definitely be back!"
