"My husband went to look at prices on blowers and, Halloween decor and sending me pics of a few things to see if I liked them. Because I was just in a serious 70 mile an hour rollover accident on freeway and was ejected from my SUV unconscious and bleeding just got out of the hospital and, could not walk. So he was showing me some things when the manager came up to my husband and accused him of stealing and, stated he still had nothing in his cart. Discriminating against my husband for no reason we spend a lot of money there. But after that I called corporate and, told them. But I'm pretty sure nothing was done. But to treat a customer like that and, degrading and, embarrassing to say the least with them making a scene. I don't have to buy anything I have a right to go to any store to look without being treated like a thief. This is the one off Primrose they will never see a dime from me again. Totally unacceptable behavior."

"Extremely helpful staff and easy to find items on the shelf or bins. I love how everyone has a color coordinated best so they are easily recognizable. Especially Veterans, who wear a camo style vest. Very knowledgeable assistants in every department, or will help you find someone who can help. We didn't have to wait long so all for help. Savings are offered from employees at checkout and their return policy is great. Also, Customer Service is at an all time HIGH here. We had an issue with a large delivered item and another item that we hauled home, for both matters, the store offered several options to accommodate us with. We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised with their help and the ease in taking care of the problems. Lowe's is great. We are happy to shop there and appreciate everything about the store. PS we drive over an hour away to go to this store."

"It was SO nice to get such professional service from Patricia in Home Decor. This is the gal that knows her stuff! She goes out of her way to help with window treatments. (She even keeps paint chips to help you if you are color coordinating) She makes you feel like she loves what she does and is ready to answer anything you ask. They should have her training in their stores what it is to be a person of excellence. Hats off to Patricia H."
