"Tried to book an appointment & the owner is unprofessional & rude! The phone number listed is their cell but knowing that y should at least answer professionally if it's an unknown number. Said hello & nothing else. Had to ask if this was the salon. She said yes. I was trying to book the appt & she said she wasn't at the salon right now & would call back. Never got a call back. Tried calling 2 more times over a week later & phone just rang. No call back. Last time I called she answered. I said I was trying to book an appt & she hung up on me! Will not be going here at all & made an appt elsewhere."

"I found a Groupon for dip nails. The day of the appt I got a text asking me to come 45 minutes later for my appt because they were behind schedule. When I arrived at the time they requested, they left me waiting for 15 more minutes. When I was finally approached, the woman told me that they couldn’t do my nails because they didn’t have the activator product. I asked for a refund for my Groupon, which they agreed to but didn’t do (I followed up and requested one from Groupon and received it a few days later). The kicker is that the woman said she would schedule and do my nails for free due to the inconvenience, and to just text to schedule. When I texted to schedule, I received no response back."

"Don’t book here, these people are clowns! I booked an appointment, even got the confirmation emails and texts, just for me to arrive at the location of my appointment date, and the place to be closed!! Save yourself the hassle and book with a reputable business."

"Lisley is an amazing Esthetician. Walked in with rough skin and after my facial, I left feeling like a new man! I wouldn't recommend anyone else! She was right on time and very kind! Go ahead Book, it was worth it!"

"Absolutely disappointed with the service. I scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment I call and she tells me that she thought that my appointment was next week and that she was closed for the day.That was after I received confirmation emails the day before and early in the morning of the appointment. It was a makeup appointment and there was literally no one else who could do it last minute. I’ve heard a couple of poor reviews about this place and now that I experienced this, I would absolutely not recommend it."
