"It’s very sad that I went in there and asked for a cut and layers. I told the stylist I am currently undergoing chemotherapy. So my hair is very precious to me. She told me she was going to shave some peach fuzz. I assumed that meant little hair on the back of my neck. But no, she SHAVED OFF some of my ACTUAL hair!!! Then she told me to come back in May and she would give me layers. So, she shaved me then refused the cut I asked for. I called and spoke with the manager who was just as HATEFUL as the hairstylist. My hair is not going to grow back for a very very long time. So her shaving it upset me so much. I really hope that the manager and stylist are ashamed at themselves for treating me this way. My family and I have been going here for cuts, colors and to have our hair styled for 5+ years. Needless to say, we will not be back."

"Very rude lady that runs it. Says they don’t follow the appointments online. Waited 45+ minutes for my appointment while they were taking walk ins before me. Then when asked about how much longer the lady gave me an attitude saying I shouldn’t have had made my appointment online they don’t go by that and yelled at me and said she’d deal with me when she got back from the bank. Very poor management. If they’re not going to go by their online appointments maybe they shouldn’t have that option."

"This is HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER EVER BEEN!!!!!!! They hire people without their licenses!! I asked for a stacked SWING BOB!!!!! My hair is sooo short its up to my earlobes!! I even said I like a sharp angle.. My daughter got her haircut also.. Its TEICKTERRIBLE AND VERY UNEVEN!!! I SHOULD SUE THEM FOR DOING THIS TO US!!!!! I'M BEYOND UPSET. My daughter washed her hair tonight.. And you could see how horrible the cut is!!! My hair is sooo short I look like a man!!! I had hair down to my shoulders.. Now up to my earlobes!!! I wanted a swing bob so I could still put my hair back when I'm hot.. It's the only cut Ive gotten for the past 10-12 years!!! I can't even put it back because she ruined my hair!!!!! Negative!!!!!! That's NOT TRUE! I heard the woman telling the her client that shr DID NOT HAVE A LICENSE!!!!! When I went yesterday to get it cut. I had to come abcl today cause the lady didnt know how to do a stacked swing bob!!!! She chopped my daughters hair up.. But said I would get someone today who knew how to do it. FALSE!!!! How would you like to get ALL your hair chopped off after growing it for 1.5 years after losing a husband.. And grieving so bad that you lose 100 pounds in 3 months. Cut off to me ears!!!!!! How could that be fixed. I should sue you guys!!!!!!!!"
