"I didn't see hours posted on Google, their website or their Facebook page so I figured I'd swing by and see if their hours were posted on the door, they're not. I tried calling the phone number and it was an automated message that the phone number is not available. There's also a pile of trash bags piled up outside their front door. Maybe the business closed for good? If not, this is a really awful way to represent yourself."

"Walking in I loved the look and feel of the salon and was impressed with the wide range of services offered. With that being said there are a number of things that I cannot give a positive review for. Upon walking in I wanted to get my nails done while everyone else in my group got their hair cut. I was told that someone would check if there was anyone available to do them to which no one ever got back to me about. Once I finally was sent back to get my nails done I was unaware at the start of the session that the woman doing my nails had only been doing them for about a year to which she didn't seem confident in. I continued with the appointment and along the way there were Several things that happened that made me increasingly upset. First when I was getting my cuticles taken care of the lady stuck the drill under my skin and made me Bleed on not just one finger but 2 and not to mention the others were very sore. The next issue I had was the acrylic itself. I watched her use what looked like an old paint brush to apply a mess of acrylic to my nails. The technique used was terrible and the acrylic came out very sloppy. I have bumps in my nails where it's thicker or thinner that other spots on my nails. She did look them over but couldn't recognize the very spotty job she had done. I was trying to be patient thinking she would smooth everything out but that was not the case. She did in fact file them down but it didn't make any sort of difference. The problems only became more apparent when she applied the polish. My nails are uneven, I'm bleeding still and my edges are awful. I paid 40 dollars for this service and I can say it was Not worth the experience I had for sitting over an hour in that chair. I will not be visiting this place again and will steer anyone I know away from this salon. I'm sure there are ladies in there that do a wonderful job but the lack of information and experience given to the customer is not something I would accept. I hope this salon can take better care of their customers and provide a more well rounded experience for everyone."

"So first I go over to get my eyebrows waxed and when I walked in the look of the place was amazing but empty and only one worker. I ask her to clean them up and raise the arch. She didn't do too bad of a job. So I decide to call in and set an appointment for a haircut. Monday comes along it's pouring rain outside and I have a just arrived about 8 minutes late I tried calling to make sure my appointment was still available but she had hung up. So I'm standing in the rain with my two year old son just feet from the door when she calls back and says somethings come up can you come tomorrow. Seriously? There's no other stylist who can take me? I can't wait to the side for you to be done? She's still working on the person ahead of me. I feel like she should have called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that she wouldn't be able to take me especially given the weather we are having. Living in this small town there's not a lot of options for decent salons I thought I had found a good one but now I'm not too sure."
