"Made appointment. Was not from around here. Got there 10 min late and they gave it to someone else apparently waiting! The worse. C my mother passed and I needed my nails done. Never heart of 10 minute time frame. Never got a call asking if I was coming. So happy I won’t be back to a town like this! Horrible horrible."

"I went in for an eyebrow wax and my skin was ripped off on both sides of my face. I called three days later when I was certain to let them know what happened. I assumed maybe the wax was too hot and they may need to be informed. A beauty college friend of mine said it was because they pulled up rather than down and it ripped up my skin up and off on both sides. When I called just now to let them know maybe the wax was too hot because my skin has been ripped off, I was cut off. She interrupted me to ask if I had fair skin and red hair. I confirmed that I am. She told me they use a cream wax, not honey wax, so it is the softest and most sensitive wax they could use and that sometimes light skinned people just tear. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was twelve and I am twenty-six now. I have NEVER had the skin rip off my face before, regardless of what type of wax. But at Miami Nail & Spa, apparently they’ll blame your skin if they rip your skin off. That was my mistake for not being darker skinned, whoops! No offer to refund me, no real apology, just an excuse."
