LL Flooring

"The service is very unprofessional and has increased some of my costs. The third party contractor was very untrust worthy (caught him in several discrepancies) left ruts in my yard from parking his trailer in my front yard. He also left water valves open on my washer and water was all over the laundry room. If I have any water damage I will be looking at LL flooring to cover the cost. Of course we all know LL Flooring will not accept any responsibility for this. When we started the process I was charged $750.00 down payment and was required to pay the rest upon delivery (including labor). Informer Tony of my concerns of paying before job was done and was assured it would be okay. Also, shared my concerns that I didn't want the job to take too long. The whole process from ordering to install took almost two months. Finally, I have asked numerous times for the final paperwork and the Joplin store will not return my calls. I will NEVER recommend LL flooring and this was my first and LAST, time I will use LL Flooring."

"Tony and Mona went above and beyond to help us get flooring for our new home! They were having mechanical issues with their forklift. Instead of telling us they wouldn’t be able to load the flooring today Tony went back and picked two pallets of flooring off our pallet by hand! You can’t find nicer people ontop of amazing prices.
