"Ima just be blunt like I should have been when my hair was finished. I hate it. I’ve cried myself to sleep these past few nights knowing my hair looked horrible. As I’ve taken two showers the color is started to fade and look a little more tolerable but it’s not what I was expecting. The cut was great and the customer service was wonderful but I definitely won’t be getting my hair dyed ever again. I’ve had one traumatic hair experience already and this would be my second and last. The appointment took four hours and at first it was looking pretty accurate to my reference photo. However, when it came time to blend and create a balayage look, that’s where it went down hill. In total there were three colors in the photo, pretty easy looking I thought. However she bleached the other half of my hair and then toned it. It came out completely silver, no blend from one color to the next, and parts of my hair weren’t even dyed, meaning my hair from the start is still visible. I didn’t say anything and approved anyway because I thought I could fix it later myself, payed and went in my way. Then I researched and found out I shouldn’t try to dye it again or bleach it to dye a different color because my hair could turn green. I am debating on calling back and asking to try and fix it with just a solid color through out instead of multiple. Almost $200 and the job is trash in my eyes. It only brought me tears. My hair means everything to me and this just isn’t it. I might call back and ask them to fix it but I definitely wouldn’t pay them to do something that they should have gotten right the first time. Good place for a cut but I recommend not getting your hair dyed here. I didn’t want to be rude or anything but I have stuff coming up and need this to be fixed now. I also don’t want to continue to cry myself to sleep every night. Please don’t risk your hair here."
