"Bad experience! I usually love hot nails however they really messed up this time. They charged me $141 for my daughter's full set and my fill. I did not get what I asked for. My daughter's nails were great though. They charged my cousin $45 for having her fingers painted plain yellow no tips or anything added. Also, they were rough on my daughter's fingers and burned her skin with the drill file. Also they didn't clean up the edges of her nails. I don't mind higher prices but I want quality and customer service to match it."
