"THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD GETTING NAILS DONE. The man who works there rushed me as soon as I walked in. Proceeded to do a TERRIBLE job. When I went back in for him to fix the obviously terrible job he did he proceeded to yell at me explaining that that is how they work.(rushing through with no one waiting)He said if something is wrong then ask and he will fix it, that is what I was doing, he then got mad because he thought I was the one with an attitude after I explained what was wrong. He then threw the nail file down at me and stormed off. Still not one person was waiting to get service, now I can see why. DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The owners think that i am upset about the price. I did not have any nails on when i arrived. So i am not sure what i was charged to have taken off. I paid 60 and still tipped the man $10 dollars. the price was not the issue. IT WAS THE SERVICE."

"I went in to get my nails filled. The guy took less than half an hour and you can tell it. There's acrylic up the sides of my nails, the color doesn't cover my entire nail, there's marks where it looks like the polish didn't cover in the middle of my nail, and he nicked my cuticles several times. I am not going back and definitely won't recommend Love Nails."

"I waited to write this review because I know how significantly it can impact a small business reputation to receive a negative review. I've been a customer here for a few years now and hoped the service would improve but it hasn't. This is an appointment only salon ran by a husband and wife team. The wife is very sweet and does an excellent job. The husband on the other hand has an atrocious attitude towards people and acts like he hates life. Last time I went in for a gel mani and pedi, he skipped the manicure part of my service, scolded me when I asked him to get closer to the sides of my nails, and did an awful job on the gel itself. When it came to my pedicure, I asked him not to cut the sides of my toenails and he said "Don't look or it's going to hurt." To which I again told him not to proceed. He then rushed through the rest of the pedicure and at the end began ripping the spa liner out from under my legs before I could remove myself from the seat. He said "You're done, you can put your sandals on!" And walked away. His wife ended up taking my payment. $95 for about 45 minutes of rushed, rough, and borderline abusive service. The photos speak for themselves. Take your money elsewhere where they actually make you feel welcome and where you want to spend your hard earned money to get pampered."
