"Amazing service. Immediately they brought our samples for me and my girlfriend. We purchased some steak and it was honestly the best steak we have ever had. I used to be a butcher but had never had Wagyu. This was amazing. Worth the price. The beef jerky is to die for as well. Wish I would have taken pictures of the final product but the primal hunger came out in me and we demolished it. I would also like to add, the beef jerky will make you absolutely hate any other jerky products out there. Once you go wagyu you can’t go back. Overall. Words can’t describe my experience there. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m at a loss for words. 10/10 customer service 10/10 quality of meat. 10/10 pricing"
"Having cooked several different cuts of wagyu and understanding the price point for the quality, I am very impressed. We went in for a tri tip and they were tasting the flat iron today, which was good, so we bought some of that for tonight. Its was fantastic! We will return when we are in the mood for a great meal at home."

"Another reviewer says its overpriced, but for the quality and selection - it is not. This is the real deal Wagyu beef raised from the same genetics as the original Japanese cattle. They have more expensive cuts for around $80, but they have very good cuts for $25 dollars too. They have free samples - and its mouth watering good. In Japan I had a $150 meal with Wagyu and it was worth every penny. $25 is a fantastic deal for a cut this good."
"Bought several items the Friday before Labor Day. Staff had great knowledge, and good cooking methods. The beef was a little overpriced, selection was very good. I bought flat iron, platinum fillet tips, and 10 pounds of ground beef. Both steak cuts had silver skin on them that I had to remove, burgers were great. I don’t think I would purchase the steak cuts again. Two flat iron steaks and 1 pound of tenderloin tips were $125.00. There are several great meat markets in KC, but this one didn’t quite measure up to the price charged."
