"I had an appointment today 4/6 at 2pm with Myra. I was there 1:55pm expecting to walk in and meet her for my first appointment at a new salon. NOONE WAS THERE! Door locked, most of the lights were off as well. I called and got voicemail twice. Double checked the address with the voicemail...all info was the same. I was very upset this incident. I'm not looking to make it right, just giving my story about my appointment. I am very disappointed."
