"They "lose" FedEx packages, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to call and speak with anyone at the store because the line is always busy. There is NO WAY a dollar general stores phone is ringing off the hook for 14hours."
"This place needs new management. The store is filthy... ALWAYS. Nothing is stocked... EVER. And as stated recently. All the inventory is on carts in the middle of the aisles. I spent 15 minutes searching for a light bulb the other day. Looking in boxes and on the top shelf because they were not organized and nothing has been stocked for a while. This is a management issue. I'm honestly surprised this has gone on as long as it has being this is the only DG in GV... :)"
"The store has a number of issues. For one there is a lot of inventory always in the isles. This makes it difficult to find the items that you need. On a lot of the products the prices are not clearly marked. This makes it difficult when you're on a budget. Would it hurt them to clean the floors every now and then. If you want the experience of waiting through dirt and moving boxes to get what you want this is your place."
"Was greeted as I walked in the door. Was asked if I needed assistance on finding anything. Didn't wait very long in line to check out. The cashier was very friendly and attentive. She was also helpful on my questions! The only bad thing I can say is that the clearance aisle wasn't priced correctly or just no price at all."
"The staff that I experienced on my last visit was exceptional! Went out of their way to point out sale items, and climb ladders to make them accessible. From walking in and being greeted, to having the clerk run after me with my forgotten item after check out and her taking my cart back for me, it was an awesome shopping experience!"
