"I'm not one to post a bad review unless it is warranted. We just left this Advance at 3pm on August 23. Counted at least 5 employees and a manager, and only one employee actually helping customers. We stood in line behind one customer at least 10 minutes and mentioned to an employee working at a nearby computer that we were waiting for help at their earliest convenience. When I tell you this guy couldn't care less how long we stood there, he literally went out of his way to act like we were not important to him. We had a trailer up the road with a blown tire and it was very inconvenient. We went to a different auto store down the road. Its especially disappointing because the Advance on Noland is miles above this location. This location was so bad we were appalled. I do not recommend stopping here and will not be back."

"I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the care and helpfulness of the Management & Staff at this location. I went in to buy a battery to install in my vehicle. While doing so, my battery died.....COMPLETELY! It would not hold a charge enough to start again. rather than incurring tow charges, they offered to tow me to my home, using their own personal vehicle. Granted, I only live 1.5 miles away, however, that was an incredibly grand and kind gesture, one in which I am forever grateful and impressed with. Due to the superior level of service I received, I will not go ANYWHERE else for any of my vehicle supplies or needed tools than Advance Auto Parts in Grain Valley. I highly recommend you do the same! If other businesses followed the example of the staff at this location, I could only imagine the impact that would have on the community. Thank you so much to both Lisa (General Manager) and Noah (Service Technician) for kindly helping a fellow Grain Valley citizen; it GREATLY appreciated!!"
