"I paid for a consultation for sisterlocks but was never given sample grid. Instead of sister locs, stylist wanted to do micro locs. Attempted to text her questions for clarify after being booked with no response even though she couldn’t seem to put her phone down during my consultation…. She was nice but overall first impression looking back was not conducive to what I was looking for in terms of the money that I would’ve been charged for services."

"I have never been to this salon, however I was looking to get my hair done by Ayanna. Temby had referred me to her and gave me her number because she was the one that handles sew in. I called Ayanna, she didn't answer, so I get a text from her that says who 's calling, I said Nyia I had a question to ask you and Temby gave me your number please call me so I can ask you the question over the phone. Common sense should have told her that it's someone trying to get there hair done and to call the person back. She never once called me back or text and said when I get a chance I will call, nothing. I call this very and extremely unprofessional. This is not how you conduct business. I couldn't even leave a message due to her voice-mail being full. If she did not want the business, then she should have said something. This is only one salon, I can go to the next."
