"The hair stylist that was at the above location was terribly rude! I will never go to this location again. She removed us from the list to begin with and then when she had to add us back she got a horrible attitude. At that point I said just look up my husband’s number and you can see the haircut notes. She sighed and her tone was rude. At that point I told her never mind and asked for her name which she wouldn’t give me. Once we went to another location it was funny they had no problems seeing the haircut notes under my number. It was the worst experience ever."

"The stylist couldn't follow simple instructions and was rude in response. She started yelling for no reason when I asked for a change and ended the haircut abruptly and said I should go to another barber shop. She yelled again for not adding tip. I don't understand how they can expect anyone to tip after such a pathetic experience. Many of my friends had similar experiences at this particular salon. They should at least know how to treat their customers."
