"This place has its pros and cons. Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable prices, great scheduling. Cons: My person was 20 minutes late for my service. I understand we’re all human and life happens, but not only did I have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, no one came to communicate why they were late. The location is also difficult to navigate. The building is easy to find and they tell you to go to one of two doors on opposite sides of the building. I had no idea which one to go to and even tried contacting for help. Overall, I had a decent experience but am unsure if I would return."

"Sarah was amazing. She explained the whole process. The atmosphere was comfortable. She had a great show playing on the tv and she was quick. It was my first time getting waxed in the bikini area, it was not uncomfortable at all. There were a couple of tender parts but the process was quick and nearly painless. Get sugared it is well worth it. I can't wait for my next appointment."

"I've never been so smooth in my life. I got the $20 Brazilian wax service they they offer to newcomers. I have never had one and Valentine's Day is coming up so why not. The location was kinda hard to find because I didn't realize Hello Sugar didn't have its own storefront, however Sarah was very accommodating during my appointment. She handled all of my squirms and yelps very well and answered all the questions I had during the process. It definitely didn't hurt as much as I thought it was going to especially considering I hadn't shaved beforehand like they recommend. I do wish they took cash though. Will definitely return!"
