"Had an appointment with Alysia for a correction on a color that was to dark. It happens I understand that but she treated me wrong very immature actually. I made and appt to correct her work which is normal but she kept me waiting over an hour past appointment. She acted very immature and did not acknowledge me . I pay a lot of money for my hair and that will never be ok . I walked out. She is young and I hope her elders at the salon will teach her how to treat her clients that pay a lot of money for service. I would not go here seems a botched environment."
