"I took my daughter to Great Clips on 151 and Antioch. They stylist didn't pay much attention and her hair was done in 5 minutes. It was a strait forward cut, so I didn't think much of it until she just showered and bits of her hair are uneven and the cut was so blunt the lines are rigid. She is inconsolable and I'm really disappointed!"

"I decided to try something new at a great clips. (Would not recommend, my hair has been botched) I went in the first time to get curtain bangs, a trim and refresh my layers and face framing. My trim and layers were both noticeably uneven. My curtain bangs were choppy and had uneven lengths as well. I went in a second time, hoping to get it fixed. The second lady acknowledged how bad it was and was very nice, but unfortunately had to cut off 2 extra inches just to fix what the first hairstylist had done in order to make my hair even. The second stylist then attempted to fix my curtain bangs and managed to make them look somewhat better, however they still have a very choppy appearance and start much shorter than I asked and intended for them to be, making it almost impossible to hide back. While I made clear that I wanted tapered curtain bangs leading into my face framing, it still has a very sharp drop off and now looks like I have a bob with long hair on the sides. My hair is very important to me, but I now struggle to be happy with it after my experience. I do appreciate their kindness however, in their free attempt to fix the original damage."

"REILLY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She cut my hair so great after I explained to her that I had just had a bad issue with the 159th location. I Left the Bluehawk location and drove straight to the 151st location... They were about to close, but after I explained what happened at the other location, Reilly gladly took me in, and did a wonderful job!!! I will only go to this location (151st and Antioch) for now on, hopefully when Reilly is there!!!"
