"I have been here a few times and brought my daughter twice, while i am satisfied with the color I am super annoyed that in the middle if getting my hair colored i was told she needed to make more color and "it would be like 10 additional dollars". Mid hair dye, I was not sure how else to respond, but ok. When I checked my receipt, i was actually charged 25.00, nind you. This wasn't my first time here, and the color was the same, no change. When I emailed the office, I was told that this was normal and that I hadn't been charged correctly in the past, but I have never been charged for "additional dye" before. Michelle did great on my daughter the first time we went and after my appointment got changed on our second visit I got the time wrong and was running late, instead of the wash and straighten I requested for my daughter her hair was only straightened and I was charged 60. Which is insane, Definitely not impressed."

"The girl who did my hair was super sweet and took a lot of time with me. My color looks great, my hair is about 5 inches shorter than I wanted, it’s crooked and choppy, and it’s too short to fix. I also paid double as much as I have ever paid at any salon. I am sick to my stomach about it. I will never go back."

Michelle took on and conquered the challenge of taking me from a box colored brunette to a blonde balayage. I received an immense amount of compliments on my hair, all of that is all thanks to the beautiful work that Michelle took the time to do. I couldn’t be more happy with my results, and if you’re looking for a stylist that is personable, transparent, and talented, then Michelle is your girl. I’m very excited for our next session which is coming up soon! If you’re in the market for a stylist then I highly recommend Michelle."
