"I usually don’t take the time to write negative reviews, but this experience deserved my time. This review is not about the quality of the pedicure, which was very well done, but about the customer service. My coworker and I went to get a pedicure during our teacher preservice lunch break. We had a 45 minute window. We had an appointment for 1145, which would have been plenty of time if they had honored our appointment time. They got us started at noon only after I asked very gently and politely if we were going to have enough time. Our two technicians were incredibly rude. Watched one of them mock a tip that a little girl gave them, and when I tipped $8 on a $32 bill, she threw the money down like it was not acceptable. She tried to charge me for gel removal on my toes even though it was regular polish. When I questioned it, she became even more agitated and rude. Both technicians were clearly agitated that we told them we had a time constraint even though they did not start our appointment on time. I will absolutely NOT return to this salon."

"Had a great experience! I've never gotten a pedicure and was a little apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews, but I'm glad I ended up coming here! My nail tech (I think her name was Katie?), was super nice and friendly, she did a great job on my pedicure! My bridal shower is this weekend, so I got gel french tips and they came out so cute. I went as a test run for my wedding in September and am planning on going back to them then as well!"

"Truly, just the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had. Mind you, the paint that looks awful in the pictures I’m attaching are from the SECOND time she painted them that day. She said something about the paint not being dry before the top coat went on but when she redid them the same thing happened just less dramatically. Also, when she massaged my hands her squared off nails were scraping my skin like they had just been cut that morning and were little razor blades. She offered to redo the nails a third time and I just wanted to leave. In hindsight, I should have asked for my payment or at least my 20% tip back…which I paid for before she had put on the polish. Big yikes."
