"My wife used class pass to book the appointment (which means we should have to pay anything except tip). The nails look great, just a simple gel manicure. But they definitely were a bit skeevy about the appointment. She didn't want anything extra, just the gels, while she was distracted and talking to the customer next to her, they started gluing on the extensions. You know how salon glue is, short of using a Dremel to file it off, it's stuck. So she ended up having to pay extra for a service which she explicitly said that she didn't want. Could've been a genuine mistake, but it was frustrating nonetheless. Also, while the nails are nice, they were messy; meaning that she had to clean up the areas around her nails when she got home. Probably won't book them again."

"I’m really upset with my visit. I got white dip nails and they are super bumpy, one of them is shorter than the rest. the tips all have white things hanging. I left and went inside to get them removed but she couldn’t get them to all go away. two of my fingers have like dots on them and the rest are all bumpy. I’m not sure where I could have corrected her about it during when she was doing my nails. also my nails look like they’ve grown out but that’s how she did them. I don’t wanna pay so much for them to look like this. I’m really sad about my nails :("

"This was my first time ever getting my nails done at a salon. I’ve always been a nail biter, so I was too embarrassed to bring myself to do it.. But Serena was so welcoming and sweet! My only complaint I would have is one or two of my nails are a TAD crooked.. other than that it was amazing service! I can’t wait to come back!"

It looks pretty perfect even after 2-3 weeks with newer nail growing. ———————————— June 2019 : First Visit : Love it! A young girl did my Dip Powder Manicure and she pulled in Jenny for the tough part which shows a great sense of responsibility towards their customers! I’m glad she didn’t experiment/learn while doing my nails. I let them know my concerns of my previous experience elsewhere, where my manicure didn’t last even for a week, Jenny offered I can come back if anything happens and she would fix it for free."

Jenny (the owner) has been doing my mom's nails for almost 25 years and has never failed to do an amazing job. I'll never go anywhere else because I can always trust them to do a great job at an affordable price!!"
