"I’ve had my nails done for the past 30+ years and I sincerely just had the BEST dip manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Kaylee and Helen are amazing! I came to Nail Time today after being frustrated with painful manicures, that resulted in thick, unnatural looking nails done by people who acted like they really didn’t care. I am SO glad I came here. You will not be disappointed! Best, cleanest, kindest place ever!"

"I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when my cuticle was cut too close and I developed multiple hangnails from a really bad manicure, I had to share. Currently I have a finger recovering from infection from the service received. Linda was very nice, but my manicure started at the pedicure station, the water was half drawn then told to shift around, I knew there was a lack of attentiveness, and something was off. Go with your gut when this happens was the lesson. They tried to upsell and next thing you know it’s don’t and over with a hot towel and very lacking pedicure. I got extremely worried as the nail clipper she chose to use was a larger one I had only previously seen used on toes. It had not come from a sanitary packet. The scrubs were in non labeled tubes and next thing you know it was pick a purple or pink. We got this done and moved to the station for a mediocre manicure finish and about an hour later my left middle finger became sore. I wrapped it with a bandaid, boarded a flight the next day and thought nothing about it, just knowing I had a really bad manicure experience. Come to find out there was a perferoration on my skin close to the cuticle and where one of this hangnails had been became infected. Then I read the reviews (and more so the responses by ownership) and my heart said don’t let others risk their health. There were two employees there and they went to get Linda in the back for a walk in appointment while one dabbled on their phone, and the other just walked back and forth to the front a few times. Wish I read the reviews but had used this salon for years, and now back to looking for recommendations to fix this butchered manicure."
