I went to the office with locked glass doors and when the woman came to the door, she handed me a paper with a bunch of phone numbers on it and said she couldn't help me, turned and walked back into her glass palace. She was quite rude. My insurance is paid and I just need my ID cards and a copy of my policy. Will be going to a different insurance provider."
