"STRIPPED OIL PAN PLUG HOLE. LEFT ME STRANDED IN CENTRAL KANSAS. WAS TOLD TO "BRING INVOICES IN AND MAYBE GET REIMBURSED" BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They changed my oil on 2/3/24. When I left a clients location on 2/9/24 most of my oil was on the ground under my car. I checked the plug. It was missing the washer and holding on by 1 thread. I tried to reseat the plug only to find the threaded hole had been stripped and would not hold tension. When I called asking for assistance with a tow and a place to correct their mistake I was told to bring in invoices. No one would give me their name or contact information. The last thing I was told was that I would be receiving a call from 'my manager' who the person on the phone would not name. DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE. THEY ARE ABSENT MINDED AND UNWILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS."

"I had an excellent experience with the staff at the North Oak Trfy location yesterday. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, courteous and were a pleasure to do business with. They did a great job and had a great attitude and disposition about them. For something as simple as an oil change, they made it a very nice experience. I would definitely go there again and would recommend them to anyone. Job well done!"

"Good customer service, but I was told a completely different price before and after the work. I ended up paying around double what I was expecting, which is not what I had budgeted for, and they were still trying to add on more services. They were fine, but I'll go elsewhere next time for more transparency. Edit: I just found out that I could have received the higher quality oil for cheaper than what I paid for the lower quality. I also called about a service tpm light that was still on and they said if it doesn't go away to find a tire shop. I'm over jiffy lube at this point."
