Dollar Tree

"Today, March 15, 2024. I called this store location for a special request that was not showing on Instacart for me to order. I spoke to a customer assistant named Megan. She was so helpful, kind, accommodating, and professional when I asked her to help me out. She is a great asset to the store, and made my experience a pleasant one. I will drive past two Dollar Trees in the future just to shop at this one."

"I asked an employee that was stocking the freezer section if there was a certain item in stock and was rudely informed yes there was but I would have to wait until they stocked it. I did wait around and saw the person come back out of the freezer with everything but what I asked for and yes I was very polite. Rude isn't the word for her!! She finally came out with them and a very mean look on her face . Enough is enough I will not allow this person to steal any more of my peace!!! Normally I ignore people like this and I do not give bad reviews."

"I accidentally discovered that there was a dollar tree plus out here While going to Starbucks one morning. When I walked in, it was super strange as we were greeted by the workers we’ve never been greeted before while walking into a dollar tree. The staff here are amazing. I noticed that they have built a lot of customer relationships while I was shopping. I continued to hear them greet some customers by name. I’ve just never heard of this coming from a dollar tree I highly recommend coming to this dollar tree and I will actually drive the 15 minutes extra just to go to this one even though there is one not even a mile away from my home. Good job with your customer service."

"Its so nice to have a dollar tree conveniently located to our house! We went in on a sunday afternoon and there was quite a few people in there!! The lines moved quickly and the employees were friendly. The store was well organized and clean! And of course everything is $1!"
