"I was just in the store and bought my granddaughter 2 pair of expensive shoes thinking I'll get 50% off the cheaper pair, but found out the shoes I bought didn't qualify,. To me this is false advertising and their prices are higher as well. Don't think I'll be shopping there again.."

Was close to purchasing and spending $100 on 2 pairs of boots… and 2 females told me they were closing soon and that we needed to leave. We dropped the boots on the floor and left. They didn’t get my service that day. That’s what happens when you act a fool to customers. Never coming here again."

"My first time going to Off-Broadway in Ward Parkway Sopping center was not a good one, I guess I didn't get the memo about how the stores buy one and get the other pair for half price goes.The first thing is all the Nikes are off-limits for the sale. The second thing is that if you find another brand and the cost is the same as the brand you are buying they are off-limit. Third, they are steering you to the cheapest shoes they have in the store for the sale. I think if it was a customer-friendly sale they wouldn't put all these restrictions on their shoes. I've been to Shoe Carnival and I have not experienced this kind of restriction on their buy one get the other half price. Just a heads up to management you need to display these restriction some where that the customer can see them plainly because I wasted a lot of time picking out shoes only to get to the cash register and to be told that the shoes I had didn't work for you guys sale. And that was it for me I just went on line and ordered a pair of shoes it was less stressful. Thank you for hearing my complaint."

"They have a great selection of shoes. The staff has always been helpful and professional. I enjoy looking around sometimes but at least half the time I'll always leave with a pair of shoes.. The only con about this place is the prices. I know that their prices are a little higher than other shoe stores."
