"Efficient launch release system. Just get there in time and pick up your shoes. I didn't really interact with staff that much so I can't offer an opinion on them, but I spent all of 5 minutes picking up my shoes. As a guy, that means a lot. I don't want to spend a ton of time just to spend $200+ on shoes that I know I want."
