"Efficient launch release system. Just get there in time and pick up your shoes. I didn't really interact with staff that much so I can't offer an opinion on them, but I spent all of 5 minutes picking up my shoes. As a guy, that means a lot. I don't want to spend a ton of time just to spend $200+ on shoes that I know I want."

"Derek was patient, kind, and did not give up on helping us; even after my son tried on what seemed like 50 pairs of shoes! LoL The only reason I knocked a star off is they didn't have his size in a lot and you will pay top price. Also the zippers on these Foamposites don't stay up well."
