"Be aware of the bait and switch from verizion. Showed me a bill totaling $111 a month for upgrading my 2 cell phones. then get sent a bill for $145 a month and no ability to lower or switch back to my old bill even with a printed out quote. I have been a customer for 18 years and I will be searching for a new service provider. Took 3 months and going straight to regional manager and they still will only lower my bill to $128."
