"Bad business and unapologetic about it. Suzanne sold me a set of China with "no flaws" but the platter had a 1" chip in it. She denied it, blamed it on shipping, but I have proof that it was present before they packaged the set. She wouldn't give a partial refund for the platter, even when I offered to split the difference of replacing the platter."
