"I've always loved and sworn by the place. However, lately, selling there just isn't worth it. They need to open up a second location or stop accepting clothes. When almost everything gets given back to me for being too worn or out of style, I think that's just the easiest excuse, considering they are drowning in stuff to sort through. Some of the items they have on the floor compared to the ones that get sent back for being too worn just makes zero sense. Opening a second location would help in so many ways. Also, the bring your own bag policy is great. I'm all for it. But if the sales people could just help put the clothes in the damn bag.. Most shoppers, including myself, have their hands full with kids. Someone else taking the extra 30 seconds to throw the clothes into the bag for them goes such a long way."

"I came in during their sale to get clothes! Couldn’t complain they had 90% off of all summer/spring clothing and it was a great deal like 10cents per outfit. Alot of really good deals and in the back they have a huge selection of sleep sacks for like $2.50/piece. We stopped through on our way back to Arkansas way better prices than our ones in Arkansas"

"Update- brought a second load in today 9/13. I put the clothes in double bagged without a knot and it was returned destroyed. I used a cart to try to make it to the car and all of the Clothes busted out of the bag to the ground trying to get it in the vehicle. They did partially fold half of the clothes. 9/10-I brought a bag of clothes in today and took the time to stack them flat one on top of the other to make it easier for the workers. This is how my clothing was sent back to me. ....Waded up in the bag I brought. I know you all are busy but come on.. be respectful of our stuff. I cut out a step by laying it flat since that what you do when you pull clothes out that are usually folded. Do better. It isn't that hard to stack up what you don't want after you go through each item instead of throwing it into a container."
