"went in today to get dinner and a couple drinks. i ended up filing a customer service complaint with pepsico. and now a review here. my mountain dew voltage expired may 15, 2023. today is August 17, 2023. there's nothing like getting home opening a cold (yes it was in the cooler) flat soda!"

"Went to get medicine today and used the self check out not realizing that I would need show ID. I sat there while there were 2 people checking one person out, another outside complaining to another employee about a manager getting onto her about another customer complaining about a 20 minute wait to check out. Everytime you go to that store there's always something. Honestly need to just need completely new management."

"I have bone on bone in both knees this week in went to get what I needed. A young man was cashier. Very nice even helping me carry my purchases to my car. I really appreciated his help. Made my day!"

"Verys from day to day, just depends on ppl working. They are very friendly and helpful with every visit. Also have lots of great sales and customer service is wonderful. The manager of the store is the sweetest and very sinccere to all and takes pride in the presentation of of her store. Has made many changes over a period of time. Couldn't say that about a couple of other dollar generals in area. Thank you all for ur service and keep up the great and many changes and improvements. You all r awesome."

"Unclean throughout the store. Shopping aisles always full of racks of stock not put away and unable to get through at all. Clerks are uninterested in customer service and disinterested in knowing about the things they sell or knowledge about the products and or location in the store. I am very aware of calls to the district manager by customers who generally addresses the issue but quickly returns to the original problem that the call was for. This store is very well located for those of us who live in the country but lately my family has driven farther to other stores without having to deal with the mess and clerks who you don't matter to being there for. Maybe someone should explain during the hiring process that the people, products and store in general has everything to do with how they get paid."
