"6/16/23 - 1:40PM: Was in there regarding an outfit and while I was being helped by a kind person with red and black hair, they grew frustrated at checkout while insisting that I sign up for the loyalty program. No biggie right? Or so I thought. The machine that she was using to sign me up was not working so she asked for help from management. The woman with glasses and a nose ring came over, assumed that I was the source to the issue, and was excessively rude. When I indicated that it wasn’t as big of a deal and I didn’t need or want it by that point, she was insistent that it was required and talked over me in a assertive manner then the icing on the cake would be that as I was reaching for my bag, she thrusted it into my face and said “Be blessed” in a condescending way. I do not plan to return here and I felt really uncomfortable when I left. Maybe if you all want people to sign up for your loyalty program, you should make conscious efforts with your attitudes to ensure that they will stay loyal."
"I visited around 10am on Thursday the 1st and the cashier person was SO kind! They told me about the upcoming clearance items/sales and offered the $10 credit for my birthday month. Score! And as a bonus, every time I come by, the people behind the counter look fierce. And they're kind, too!"
