"This is a brilliant idea!! We were visiting for work and wanted to go and have some fun and ended up here. It was a tournament night and the battle was on and it made for an interesting evening. Costumes galore and a super random playlist of songs picked. I love the concept of the individual rooms for those of us that can't hit a note with a hammer!!! I was able to sing away and only torture those in my immediate vicinity! I recommend this to all the groups of people! If you want to team build or just hang with your friends this is the spot to do it!! Update - I had previously had 3 stars because I didn't try the food so I had no stars for that, however, I changed it to 5 stars because they are that awesome!"

"Came with a group for a private suite and had such a great time. The drinks were good and they offer bottle service also if that’s something you want. Plenty of songs to choose from and you add them all from your own phone so everyone can add what they want."

"EDIT: I have to edit my review now that I was able to schedule the private room and have our party. Our waiter/host was the highlight of the evening and we had so much fun singing in our private room. The song selection was good. One microphone didn't work, but we were fine with one. The drinks were average, but still enjoyable. Overall it was a little difficult to make the reservation in the first place, but I'm glad we decided to stick with having our party here because it was a blast! Original: Okay, so they ask you to call once you make a private room reservation request to pay by card over phone and neither of the numbers they give you work because the first one isn't on and goes straight to a voicemail box that isn't set up yet and the office number goes to a mailbox that is full so it doesn't take any new messages. So how are they supposed to set up your reservation? And the funny thing is they urge you to set it up quickly before it fills up as if people can even call and make a reservation in the first place!"

"We hosted my mother in law's surprise 80th Birthday party in the Ultra VIP Suite. Everyone had a blast!! There was so much music to choose from and you can even make a playlist in advance. The room was lovely with a big chandelier and a stage. The service was excellent."

"We got a private room and we enjoyed our time! Initially, when we got in, we told them what party we were with and the man wasn't listening because be brought us to a room and we settled in and come to find out we were in the wrong room. The man tried to play it off like, "you told me the wrong name" to the only man in our group, but that man is married to the person whom had the group; so in no way would he have given the incorrect name. The same man that was "serving" us was very energetic with us at first (when we were in the wrong room), but once we were in our correct room, things were pretty different. Took 40 minutes to get our initial drink order. Once a couple of people were done with drinks, the man came in and asked if anyone would like a new drink and the people who had alcohol said yes. Their drinks took another 40 minutes to show up. A member of our group went to the bar and got drinks faster than we had delivered. Despite any of that; we will be back. We were celebrating a birthday, and she LOVES this bar for their private rooms specifically. It's easy to connect to the server for the songs and to create a profile for the bar."
