"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have no idea who the general manager or the regional manager is, but this store REALLY should not be open to the public in this state. This is a disgrace and I would be EMBARRASSED if this was my store. These are not duplicate pics of the same aisle, these are all different aisles. This is at the minimum a safety concern and a loss prevention nightmare. I feel like you could walk out with half the store and no one would even know."
"This store has improved significantly ever since it has opened up. Every time I've been in here the past few months, the store has been kept very clean. The aisles are also typically well stocked and organized -- it's rare that I leave without being able to find what I need any more. But above all, the customer service here has been consistently excellent. It's really easy to strike up a conversation with the clerks here. They're friendly, patient, and have been extremely helpful to me when I have had trouble looking for a specific item. They could seriously teach some of the other locations a thing or two. Which is a complete 180 from before -- call me surprised."
"Probably my favorite location. The light skin young lady cashier usually working when I go in is on point (the girl working the 105th Terr & grandview Rd location should get some tips from the young lady working at this location). She is always pleasant, polite, helpful and attentive. Exactly what customer service is all about and I'm all about customer service. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. The signs are properly hung. The prices are properly displayed. I am greeted upon arrival and again as I depart, as it should be. Thanks for setting a good example for all those who know what good customer service looks like and more so for those that just don't quite understand it."
