"I left very disappointed. All I wanted to do was buy a new phone. Not pay extra for a charging block. Not get charged for an upgrade and not to get treated poorly. You guys have a huge lack of salesman ship. You're customer service needs a lot of work. You should disclose everything prior to check out and not hurry customers through the process. I'm a 20 year customer ready to leave t-mobile because of "your" procedures. Your one way approach to sales needs to go away. Hopefully your store manager cares enough and responds to this review. Your sales associates need some help and are desperately in need of training."

"This wait line with the ability to leave the store is killing your quality. Terrible, reps taking too long and being way too friendly. Second store to make me wait stupid long. A simple no frills upgrade is 10 minutes out the door and I’m waiting for ever. Like others I’m listening way too much friendly talk and not enough professionalism."
"I’m so disappointed in T-Mobile. I’ve been a customer since the old Sprint days and came in to simply add a line to my plan. Jared worked up a nice deal for me. I was ready to sign on the dotted line until he told me I would be paying an additional $60 because I was switching my plan ‘’mid billing cycle’. So basically they want me to pay a fee to shift my plan to a more expensive plan. This is ludicrous. Jared talked to the manager who offered to meet me in the middle and cut the fee down to $30. Unacceptable. There should not be a fee to move to a more expensive plan. She also couldn’t be troubled during her lunch break to come talk to me about this or call me after her lunch break was over. So basically they let me walk out of the store and lose a deal that was good for the next three years over a $60 fee that they refused to waive. Competition is stiff these days, and you need to treat your current customers with respect. Charging a fee to switch to a more expensive plan no matter when the change happens during the billing cycle will never, in my opinion be an acceptable answer. Sadly, after over 10 years, I’ll be moving my business elsewhere."

They had a wait but Dom was very patient and he took the time to find me different options at resolving a difficult situation. What I thought would be a multi hour process was made so much easier by this team!"
