"Tried asking the store clerk a question regarding if they sold a particular item and it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience than a paying customer in need of some assistance. Sheesh, so much for customer service."

"Was so excited dollar tree has the mini Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Came today and the employees are standing around talking about personal stuff and the ice creams and other frozen items are sitting on their carts completely melted/thawed and some squishy ice creams are in the freezer."

"I would give it zero if possible. I don't know how many times I've been in there and they only have 1 register open and the line is ridiculously long but instead of the manager opening a register herself she just closes down the store. The other thing I see a lot is several employees smoking and talking right outside the front doors leaving only 1 cashier inside by themselves. The floor is always a disaster. It's never stocked. Currently there have been rolling freight carts stacked well over 6 feet tall blocking isles for over a week now which is incredibly dangerous with as many kids and elderly folks that come through that store. I don't understand why this one is so poorly run. The Brighton & Barry Rd store don't seem to have these issues. Both of those stores are clean, well staffed, and friendly. It's so disappointing."
